Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Product

At Rokstuff, all products go through a quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@rokstuff.in with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images and a short video of the product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Return Policy (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at support@rokstuff.in with your order details and reason.

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Tracking details must be shared within the same 7-day period
  • Product must be returned in original packaging and condition

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • Tracking details are mandatory for processing returns

Wrong Product Ordered

Please ensure you select the correct product/model before placing your order.

Since most products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items.

How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at support@rokstuff.in with your order number and reason
  2. We will provide the return address
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Mention your order number on the package
  5. Ship via a reliable courier service
  6. Share the tracking details with us

Once we receive and verify the product, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after product verification
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For COD Orders:
Refunds will be processed via UPI / Bank Transfer (IMPS, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)


Cancellation & Order Modification
All products are custom-made, so cancellation or modification may not be possible once the order is processed or dispatched.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at support@rokstuff.in with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Requested Changes

We will try our best to process your request if the order has not yet been prepared.
